Bruce Nell

Bruce Nell, MAI, AI-GRS, MRICS, MICP, is the Senior Vice President of Advisory Services at Colliers, a leading global appraisal firm, where they have worked since 2008. Prior to this role, Bruce served as Principal at Crown Appraisal Group from 1999 to 2008 and held the position of Vice President at Resource Marketing Consultants from 1997 to 1999. Bruce also founded Nell Financial Services, serving as Principal from 1995 to 1998. Currently, Bruce is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, as well as additional studies at Colliers University, The Ohio State University, and the Lipsey School of Real Estate.
