Caj Virta is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in property valuation and advisory services. Currently serving as the Director of Valuation & Advisory Services at Colliers, Caj has held notable positions such as Head of Valuation at firms like EY, Savills, and CBRE. An Authorized Property Valuer since 2003 and a MRICS Registered Valuer since 2009, Caj has demonstrated expertise in various valuation types, including bank and project valuations. They hold a MSc in Lantmäteri and a Bachelor of Science in Estate Surveying from Kungliga Tekniska högskolan and Nottingham Trent University, respectively.
