Catherine Chan

Catherine Chan is a Property Analyst at The GPT Group since August 2022, focusing on report preparation and analysis of the logistics portfolio and capital partnerships. Prior to this role, Catherine served as a Research Analyst at the Property Council from August 2016 to August 2022, receiving the Leadership Award at the 2018 Staff Awards, and contributing to several significant research initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as a Research Analyst at Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney from June 2014 to July 2016. Catherine holds a Master's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Commerce with a specialization in Property from Western Sydney University. Education was completed with a High School Diploma from Gilroy Catholic College.
