Chris Bain is a qualified urban planner with over 20 years of experience in strategic and development planning, focusing on urban renewal issues. Currently, Chris is employed at Ethos Urban, managing a range of strategic planning projects for government and private sector clients. Previously, Chris has held various roles in organizations such as Colliers and multiple Brisbane City Council departments, where they contributed to key projects including the Central Station and Waterloo Estate State Significant Precincts. Chris is a member of PIA and serves on the UDIA NSW Planning Committee, while also providing lectures on urban planning at the University of Queensland.
