Chris McLernon

Chris McLernon serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Real Estate Services at Colliers since July 2022, overseeing the global growth, operational excellence, and client relationships of the firm’s real estate services operations. McLernon previously held several key roles within Colliers, including Chief Executive Officer for EMEA, where responsibilities included managing a regional unit of 42 countries and over 4,000 employees, and President International, focusing on the Latin American and Central & Eastern European markets. McLernon also held the Executive Managing Director position for Latin America, where strategic initiatives led to significant revenue and EBITDA growth. McLernon began the professional journey with Colliers in 1987 as a Leasing Advisor, achieving recognition as a top producer in Canada. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queen's University.
