Chris Nash is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in real estate fund management and institutional business development. From April 2004 to August 2011, Chris served as a Fund Manager and Director at ING Real Estate, overseeing a Malaysian sovereign wealth fund mandate and a UK Income fund, where Chris successfully refinanced debt and raised equity. Following this, Chris worked as the Director of Institutional Business Development at M&G Real Estate from September 2011 to August 2014, focusing on capital raising and relationship management with institutional clients. Chris then became a Partner at Azimuth Global Partners from 2015 to 2020, managing real estate assets for various global investors. Currently, Chris is the Director of Structured Finance at Colliers, leading the development of funds aimed at Impact and Sustainable investing while managing capital raising efforts for large, overseas institutional investors. Chris holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Cranfield University.
