Christopher Milou has extensive experience in property valuation, particularly in the hotel and student accommodation sectors. Since January 2007, Christopher has held various leadership roles at Colliers International, including Head of Hotels, Valuation & Advisory and National Director - Valuations for Hotels in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, Christopher worked as a Property Valuer at the NSW Department of Commerce from January 2005 to December 2006, focusing on valuing government assets. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Property Economics with a specialization in Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, and completed GCSE studies at the American Academy Larnaca in Cyprus.
