Colin Moran

Colin Moran is a seasoned professional in the retail real estate sector, currently serving as the Director of Retail Capital Markets and Lease Advisory at Colliers since February 2014. Prior to this role, Colin worked as an Associate Partner on the Large Store Team at Briant Champion Long from July 2011 to February 2014, and held a similar position at Jackson Criss from February 2006 to June 2011, focusing on high street units, shopping centres, and supermarkets for clients such as Scottish Widows and NFU Mutual. Colin began a career in real estate as a Rent Review Surveyor at Tesco Stores Ltd from October 2004 to February 2006. Colin holds a BSc Hons in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University, which was completed in 2004, and attended The Campion School in Hornchurch from 1991 to 1998.
