Craig Fordyce

Craig Fordyce is the Vice Chair at Colliers, bringing over thirty-eight years of experience in commercial real estate. Having negotiated more than two thousand transactions valued over $15 billion, Craig specializes in leasing, selling, and consulting services for tenants and institutional property owners. Active in the industry, Craig is a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, where they have also served as Past President of the Executive Committee for the Northern California Chapter. Craig earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1985, and has held positions at NAI BT Commercial and Colliers International since then.
