Dan Deuter is a Vice Chair in Colliers' Capital Markets Group, bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate as both a principal investor and an advisor. They have been involved in over $15 billion of transactions and currently co-lead a team advising clients in the sale of office buildings in the Chicago metropolitan area and the Midwest. Prior to joining Colliers, Dan held senior positions at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE, focusing on investment sales in the region. They started their career at Arthur Andersen, specializing in real estate valuation and consulting. Dan earned a bachelor's degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Illinois in 1997.
