Dan Grovatt

Dan Grovatt is a Senior Vice President and the National Director of Marina and Leisure Properties at Colliers, a role held since 2023. Previously, Dan served as the Director and Managing Director of Leisure Property Advisors at Colliers between 2018 and 2020. Dan's career began as a professional athlete with the Pittsburgh Pirates from 2010 to 2013, where they not only competed at a high level but also engaged in community service and earned an All-Star team selection. Dan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia, completed in 2010.
