Daniel Holmes

Daniel Holmes serves as the President of Brokerage Services at Colliers Canada, a position held since April 2015, where Daniel oversees growth and strategic operations, focusing on recruiting, mentorship, business development, and brokerage performance. Additionally, Daniel has held titles such as Executive Managing Director, GTA, and Senior Managing Director, Office Practice Group, leading sustainable growth initiatives and enhancing client services within the organization. Prior experience includes the role of Broker of Record/Manager at Marcus & Millichap, where Daniel was responsible for sales operations and agent development, as well as serving as a Real Estate Broker at Colliers International, specializing in office leasing and investments with over 500 completed transactions. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Lake Forest College.
