Danny Rice is currently the President of Colliers Houston, a role they began in 2023, after serving as the Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for Central Florida from 2018 to 2023. They co-founded and served as CEO of CREVendors.com from 2013 to 2023 and were also a co-founder of Lyngal.com, where they focused on enhancing user experience in commercial real estate. Previously, Danny gained experience as Regional VP of Sales at Xceligent and held various positions at Colliers International, including GIS/Research Coordinator and Marketing Technology Administrator. They hold a degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from UCF College of Business, which they completed in 2006.
