David Black

David Black is currently the Commercial Manager at Colliers Project Leaders, where they oversee financial and operational management to ensure profitability and efficiency. They lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, manage risk and compliance, and implement operational improvements while contributing to the company’s strategic direction. David previously executed a 5-year strategic growth plan with the Directors of Greenstone Group and has held various roles in finance and systems analysis across several organizations, including Ernst & Young and JP Morgan. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in IT and Accounting from the University of Otago.
