David Colley

David Colley is the Executive Vice President at Colliers International, where they have been involved in the industrial real estate brokerage business since 1999 and consistently rank among the top performers in their area of specialization. Having started their career in the industry in 1982, David has successfully managed a range of sales, leases, and renewals, particularly on the west side of the Greater Toronto Area. They previously served as Vice President of Sales at Royal LePage Commercial Inc. and held the position of Past President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) for Canada from 2009 to 2011. David earned both a BA in Business Administration and a degree in Geography from Western University. Additionally, they are an active community volunteer and blood donor.
