David Lin

David Lin, CFA, is a Vice President at Colliers International, specializing in Southern California and trans-Pacific commercial real estate investment sales and consulting. Previously, Lin held positions such as Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where they focused on commercial real estate investment sales, and Hedge Fund Research Analyst at Altegris Advisors. They began their career as a Treasury Associate at Union Bank and later worked as an Associate in the Funds Management Group at Wilshire Associates. Lin has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California, Riverside, which they earned in 2006.
