David Solaya

David Solaya has extensive experience in property management, spanning over two decades. At Glenstar from June 2006 to August 2022, David served as Operations/Property Manager, overseeing the daily operations of a 1.6 million square foot commercial office building, managing two direct reports and a team of 60 support staff. Currently, as a Senior Property Manager at Colliers since August 2022, David transitioned the management contract for another 1.6 million square foot commercial office property. Prior experience includes managing four commercial office buildings totaling 400,000 square feet at Marc Realty from June 1999 to June 2006, where effective communication and critical thinking skills were utilized to resolve rental and maintenance issues. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University.
