El Warner

El Warner is the Vice Chair of the U.S. Capital Markets Board of Advisors and serves as the Retail Lead at Colliers, where they focus on growing the Retail Investment Sales business across the United States. Warner has successfully managed a National Retail Capital Markets Platform and has a notable track record, including tripling revenue within three years. Previously, they held positions at Colliers International and Matthews Retail Advisors, where they significantly contributed to the sale of retail investments and anchored shopping centers. Warner began their career as an Institutional Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at CB Richard Ellis, appraising numerous Class A properties. Currently, they are pursuing a BA in Economics with a Business Emphasis at the University of Colorado Boulder.
