Emanuel McAfee

Emanuel McAfee, CLP, is an experienced commercial property manager currently employed at Colliers since November 2024. McAfee has held various significant roles in property management, including positions at Aramark as Plant Operations Manager, Millennium Information Services, Inc. as Property Inspector, and Village Green as Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 400 homes with an annual operating budget of $5 million. Previous experience includes managing residential and retail spaces at JMC Property Management and Bedrock Detroit, where responsibilities included financial health oversight of properties totaling over 1 million square feet. Additionally, McAfee has experience as a Certified Notary Public with Mobile Notary by McAfee, LLC and has worked in facility and parking management roles in multiple organizations from 2007 to 2015. Education was obtained at Wayne Community College.
