Eric Bumgarner, CCIM, is the Executive Vice President of Industrial Brokerage Services at Colliers Northeast Florida, specializing in the disposition of industrial business parks, single-tenant net leased industrial properties, and self-storage facilities. With a background in both seller/landlord and buyer/tenant representation, Eric has successfully closed over $350M in transactions totaling approximately 6.5M square feet. Prior to joining Colliers, Eric managed the industrial division at Prime Realty and has hands-on experience from various contracting businesses. Eric is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, having served in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare technician. Eric holds multiple degrees in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing, Finance, and Economics from the University of North Florida.
