Gareth Fraser is the Chief Executive Officer of Colliers New Zealand, leading the country's largest commercial real estate business with nearly 750 experts across 30 locations. Gareth has extensive experience in the Australasian property market, having first joined Colliers in 2000 and holding various roles, including National Director of Real Estate Management and Auckland Director of Investment Sales. Prior to returning to Colliers, Gareth worked in structured finance at ST Laurence and was a senior partner at BNZ Partners. Gareth holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Valuation & Property Management from Massey University.
