Gary R. Cooper is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment sales, specifically in apartment, hospitality, and land lease communities. Currently serving as a Senior Vice President at Colliers International since January 2014 and as the Designated Broker and Co-Founder of Cooper Cardinal and Company, LLC since January 2011, Gary exhibits strong leadership in the field. Prior to these roles, Gary was President & Designated Broker at Gary Cooper/BGL Realty LLC, a boutique real estate brokerage focused on middle market investment sales, and Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap, where Gary was instrumental in launching the Cleveland office. Gary holds a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a BA in Accounting from Baldwin Wallace University.
