Gray specializes in suburban office sales and leasing and is a licensed broker in Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. With extensive experience in complex transactions across the USA and EU, Gray has closed significant deals in various states, including London, North Carolina, Texas, and California. Gray’s professional journey includes a long tenure at CBRE|Hampton Roads since 1991, where they also serve as a partner and board member. Gray obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Old Dominion University.
