Greg Merrill is an Associate Vice President at Colliers International and a member of the McKenna team, specializing in land development and industrial leasing and sales in the Inland Empire. They effectively market properties, conduct research on available sites, analyze comparable leases and sales, and advise landowners on strategies to maximize asset value. Since joining Colliers in 2014, Greg has led negotiations on over 300 acres of land and managed several million square feet of industrial properties, while also successfully sourcing new listings and tenants.
