Guy Richardson is an accomplished professional with 34 years of valuation experience, currently serving as the Head of Technical & Specialisms at Colliers since May 2013, where responsibilities include leading the utilities, telecommunication networks, and education sectors within the Rating Division. In previous roles at Colliers, including Head of Customer Relationship Management and Director of Rating, Guy has specialized in providing rating and valuation advice to clients in the UK, Ireland, and internationally. Prior to joining Colliers, Guy held significant positions at the Valuation Office Agency, including Director of Council Tax & Housing Allowances and Head of Utilities Rating Team, managing large teams and overseeing key operational areas across various regions. Guy holds a Diploma in Rating from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
