Hal Colbert is the Managing Director of Retail Services at Colliers International, where they apply over 30 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Specializing in land sales, site selection, and disposition for retail tenants, Hal also leads the Colliers Restaurant Group and participates in various practice groups. Previously, Hal held positions as President and CEO of Corporate Real Estate Services, Inc., and Vice President at Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate, among others. They served as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and earned a BSBA in Management, Marketing, and Finance from Western Carolina University.
