Howard Newman, MAI, is a Senior Valuation Services Director with extensive experience in commercial real estate appraisal, specializing in land, multifamily, and various commercial properties across the NY Metro area and Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Having worked as a Senior Appraiser at Leitner Group from 2003 to 2014 and at BBG Inc. from 2014 to 2017, Howard has more than 25 years in the field. Currently, they are employed at Colliers International, where they continue to utilize their strong valuation and market analysis skills.
