Hung Do is an experienced professional in the field of property valuation and mortgage services, currently serving as Director at Colliers International since October 2018. In this role, Hung Do manages the quality of property valuation reports for banks and associated partners and conducts general valuation reports and market research for residential and real estate properties. Prior experience includes serving as Appraisal Manager at Propzy, where Hung Do built automatic valuation tools and liaised with government agencies on GIS and zoning data. At VietinBank, as an Appraisal Specialist, responsibilities included valuing collaterals and verifying documentation, while earlier experience as a Real Estate Appraiser at Indovina Bank Ltd. further solidified expertise in the valuation domain. Educational background includes a degree in Cost Estimate from the National Academy of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Valuation & Financial from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
