Jack Beare

Jack Beare is the Vice President at Colliers in Dallas, where they manage a commercial office portfolio of 2.5 million square feet for various clients. With over six years in the commercial real estate industry, Jack has gained extensive experience from their previous roles at Holt Lunsford Commercial, where they worked as a Market Analyst and Market Associate. Currently, Jack focuses on Office Agency Leasing, assisting clients with project leasing, sales, and tenant representation. They earned a BBA in Management and Consulting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, where they also lettered for four years on the Men’s Division I Lacrosse team, serving as Team Captain in their senior year.
