James Redman

James Redman is a Director and Head of the Business Space Lease Advisory team at Colliers Bristol, where they focus on serving clients in the South West and South Wales. With extensive experience in rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructuring, James acts for both landlords and tenants, also serving as an expert witness in related arbitration and court procedures. Prior to their current role, James was a Partner at Knight Frank, leading lease advisory services in the Bristol office, and held a similar position at Alder King Property Consultants from 2002 to 2019. James earned a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from Liverpool John Moores University in 2002.
