James Wilson

James Wilson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in retail investment services. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Middle Markets at Colliers since May 2013, James specializes in the sale of supermarket, hardware, neighbourhood, and large format retail centres, collaborating with a diverse clientele including institutional investors and private developers. Prior experience includes roles as Capital Transactions/Development Manager at Tipalea Partners, where James focused on property development, and Associate Director of Retail & Investment Sales at Knight Frank Australia, advising on retail and bulky goods centre transactions. Early in the career, James worked as a Sales Agent at McGrath Estate Agents. Education includes a Master's in Commerce with a focus on Property Investment & Development from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor's in Arts from the University of Sydney.
