Previously, Jaya served as HR Manager for Minor Food in Singapore and held similar roles at The Food Theory Group and General Mills, overseeing HR operations across various regions in Asia. Their early career included positions in business development at Indiagames Ltd. and Aptech Computer Education in the Philippines, where they contributed to market expansion and partnerships. Active in volunteer work with the American Women Association in Poland, Jaya has gained extensive experience in a multicultural environment.
