Jeff Davidson is currently a Director of Residential Project Marketing at Colliers New Zealand, where they identify new medium to high density residential project opportunities. Jeff's career began in chartered accountancy and advanced through various financial management roles, ultimately serving as Managing Director of Bayleys Real Estate Group from 1999 to 2006 before establishing RJD Consulting Limited. Since 2008, they have been instrumental in the re-establishment of the Residential Project Marketing Division, leading initiatives valued at over $1.75 billion. Jeff holds a BCOM in Accountancy from the University of Otago, attained in 1979.
