Jeff Liu is a Senior Valuation Specialist at Colliers since January 2023, with extensive experience in real estate valuation across various property types. Prior to joining Colliers, Jeff served as the Director of Valuation & Advisory for self-storage, industrial, and car dealerships at Cushman & Wakefield from March 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included valuing retail properties, self-storage facilities, and industrial properties across multiple states. Jeff also held valuation associate positions at Henry S. Miller Brokerage and Titan Valuation, specializing in diverse property assignments and regional markets. Earlier experience includes internships in commercial real estate market research and business development. Jeff holds a Master's in City and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
