Jeff Newcom has over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate and trading. As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Holly Duran Real Estate Partners LLC from November 2013 to December 2020, Jeff was part of a team delivering real estate services to a diverse clientele. Prior to that, between September 2006 and October 2013, Jeff served as a Commodities Trader at SGN LLC, where an automated trading system for various commodities was developed. Currently, as Senior Vice President at Colliers International since January 2021, Jeff has negotiated over 2 million square feet of real estate transactions, showcasing expertise in negotiation, tenant representation, financial analysis, and investments. Additionally, Jeff is a Founding Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, contributing to a network-driven venture firm since November 2015. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.
