Jerry Matson

Jerry Matson, SIOR, is the Vice Chair of Industrial Properties at Colliers Portland, where they represent both local and national companies in the sale, lease, and built-to-suit of industrial buildings in the Pacific Northwest. They have been with Colliers since 2006, previously serving as Executive Vice President, and are also the Owner of Handler Corporation. Jerry completed an MBA at the University of Oregon and began their career with a summer associate internship at Deutsche Bank in 2005. They specialize in tenant representation, lease negotiations, and real estate trend analysis across various industries, including logistics, food and beverage, and alternative energy.
