Jim Lightbown is a chartered environmental professional with extensive experience in providing land quality advice to high-profile clients across the consultancy and regulatory sectors. Currently, Jim serves as the Technical Director for the RPS geo-environmental team in London, where they oversee the design and management of various environmental assessments and remedial strategies. Previously, Jim held positions at organizations such as ARCADIS and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, and they also contributed as a researcher with CL:AIRE. Jim earned an MSc in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia and a BSc in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London.
