Jo Ledarney

Jo Ledarney is the Head of People & Performance at Colliers, a leading global commercial real estate company, where they oversee talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management in Hong Kong. With a strong background in HR, Jo previously served as an Associate Director at PageGroup from 2007 to 2019 and as a Manager at Servcorp from 2004 to 2007. Jo is also a current mentor in the “INSPIRE” - PolyU Mentorship Programme and is pursuing both a Bachelor's degree at The University of British Columbia and a Master's degree at Tsinghua University. Passionate about developing people, Jo works closely with the senior leadership team to align innovative HR strategies with the company's goals.
