Joanna H. is a Senior Valuer in the Retail Division of Valuation and Advisory Services at Colliers, specializing in the valuation of supermarkets, shopping centres, and Large Format Retail assets. With over 12 years of experience, Joanna has delivered valuation and advisory services across various sectors, including residential and commercial properties. Joanna completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Valuations) from RMIT University in 2012 and began their career at the Valuer General Victoria, gaining extensive experience in multiple departments. Prior to joining Colliers in 2025, Joanna worked at Herron Todd White as a Property Valuer, focusing on residential development and valuations in Geelong and the Surf Coast.
