John D. Davis is a British national with over 30 years of property-related experience. They joined Colliers International in 1994 as General Manager of Finance for the Property Management Division and became a Director in 1996, overseeing property management activities throughout Southern Africa. In 2000, John was appointed Managing Director, and in 2001, they transferred to the UAE to lead Colliers International’s growth in the MENA region. Currently, John serves as Regional CEO and is an active member of various leadership boards within the company, while also being recognized as a prominent figure in the real estate industry in the Middle East.
