John Randall is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in national production and structured finance. Currently, John serves as the Head of National Production, Debt and Structured Finance at Colliers, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, John was the Executive Vice President and National Production Manager in Mortgage Banking and Investment Sales at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital from June 2017 to January 2023. Additionally, John spent over a decade at EverBank, where as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, John founded and led the National Commercial Real Estate Lending business. John’s career began after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from American University in 2005, with prior roles encompassing credit, business development, M&A, and special assets.
