John Stafford, SIOR, is the Vice Chair at Colliers International, specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Since starting in commercial real estate in 2006, John has completed over 1,000 transactions totaling more than 30 million square feet and over $1 billion in volume. John has held various positions at Colliers, becoming Senior Vice President in 2012, a partner in 2013, Executive Vice President in 2019, and Vice Chair in 2023. John's accomplishments include the Colliers Everest Award and induction into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. John received an MBA in Finance/Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BA in Marketing from Mississippi State University.
