Jon Banyard is the EVP, Chief Asset Manager, and Fannie Mae Chief Underwriter at Colliers Mortgage, where they oversee all asset management functions and guide the credit committee for large loans. With extensive experience in commercial real estate mortgage banking, Jon has underwritten complex multifamily transactions amounting to over $15.5 billion across the United States. They previously held significant roles at U.S. Bank N.A., GMAC/RFC, Dougherty Mortgage LLC, JLL, ING, and PNC, further solidifying their expertise in the industry. Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dickinson College.
