Joy Kwong

Joy Kwong, MAI, is the Managing Director at Colliers International, where they oversee appraisers across Los Angeles and Orange County. With extensive experience in real estate valuation, Joy valued over $4 billion in assets at Colliers and previously managed significant assignments at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and CBRE. Joy began their career as an Appraiser at CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services and held the role of Senior Valuation Analyst at Overland, Pacific & Cutler. Joy is currently pursuing a Master of Planning in Development Economics and International Development, along with a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from the University of Southern California.
