Joy Lewis has extensive experience in various roles related to economic development and government representation. Joy has held positions at the West Virginia Department of Commerce as the Manager of Business Retention and Expansion, as well as a Regional Representative for Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin at the West Virginia Governor's Office. Currently, Joy serves as the Vice President at Colliers International. Joy Lewis graduated from Shepherd University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
