Julie Simonó

Julie Simonó, CPM®, serves as the Executive Vice President and Director of Real Estate Management at Colliers since May 2022. Prior to this role, Julie held positions at Cushman & Wakefield from February 2018 to May 2022, including Operations Director and Senior Property Manager, overseeing the management of over 1 million square feet of various properties. Julie's experience also includes a role as Property Manager at Steiner + Associates, Inc., managing Class A office buildings and fostering community engagement. Earlier positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International involved management of significant commercial real estate portfolios, client relations, and project management of capital improvements. Julie holds a B.A. in Spanish/International Studies from The Ohio State University and a real estate license from Hondros College, along with ongoing education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
