Jerry Qiu Jun serves as the Director and Head of People & Performance for Colliers in China, overseeing HR management across Mainland China since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jerry held positions such as Acting Head of People & Performance for North China and Associate Director leading the Talent Acquisition strategies for business services across Asia. With extensive HR experience, Jerry previously worked as the Director and Head of HR for Jingtian & Gongcheng Attorney at Law, where responsibilities included setting up HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee development programs. Earlier positions include Senior Human Resources Manager at JLL and various roles in HR at Altium, Det Norske Veritas, and HRG. Jerry holds a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Shanghai Normal University.
