Kari Pell

Kari Pell (Parekh) is the Vice President at Colliers International, where they have been serving since 2023. Previously, they held several key roles, including Director at Colliers International from 2019 to 2023 and Development Manager at The JBG Companies from 2016 to 2018. Prior to these positions, Kari worked as a Relationship Manager in various groups at Wells Fargo, managing significant portfolios and conducting extensive credit analysis. They hold a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and dual Bachelor's degrees from the University of Florida in Business Administration and Communication Studies. Currently, Kari is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
