Karl Allen

Karl Allen is an experienced Facilities Manager currently employed at Colliers since March 2025. Prior to this role, Karl served as Area Manager at Freedom Leisure from November 2023 to February 2025 and briefly held the position of Business Development Manager at CATERCATER LIMITED in October and November 2023. From May 2016 to September 2023, Karl was the General Manager and later the Centre Manager at aspire sports & cultural trust. Earlier in a career spanning over a decade, Karl worked as Operations Manager and Duty Manager at Hertfordshire Sports Village, where responsibilities included managing operational staff and ensuring safety and customer service standards. Initial roles included Duty Officer at New Forest District Council and Duty Manager at Fitness Express / Imagine Spa Management Services. Karl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management from the University of Birmingham, obtained in 2003.
