Karsten Diekmann

Karsten Diekmann is a Project Lead and Senior Consultant in Occupier Services and Design & Development at Colliers Netherlands, having joined the organization following its merger with AOS Group in 2014. They have extensive experience managing a diverse array of projects, including large turnkey assignments for national and international clients. As a BREEAM-NL In-Use expert, Karsten has guided clients through the BREEAM sustainability certification process. With a background in Technical Business Administration from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, they focus on creating business cases and managing design and development projects from the initial design phase through execution.
